Meet the artist

Hello! My name is Josef. I specialize in throwing pottery and acrylic painting. I discovered my love for the potter's wheel in 2021, and began crafting unique pieces that reflect my passion for the medium. Having painted for my whole life, I bring vibrant colors and emotions to life on canvas.  As an English major in my second year of college, I also enjoy writing poetry. I incorporate my love of literature and writing into my physical art whenever possible.

​Raised in Appalachia, I find my inspiration from that unique part of the world. I aim to create work that feels like home. 

I started selling my work online and during markets in 2023 and hope to one day have a permanent location to sell my art.
